Why choose USCE Match?
We've helped 374+ students match into a US residency program
Since 2016, we have been dedicated to empowering medical professionals on their journey to a successful match, and our commitment to excellence has been steadfast since the early days of our establishment.

Don't listen to us, listen to our students
Our Hall of Fame is devoted to celebrating the victories achieved when students choose us. These unscripted reviews serve as heartfelt expressions of appreciation, testifying to the value we place on each growing family member. This aims to foster a vibrant sense of community within the IMG networks. It stands as an inspiration for current and future participants, reinforcing the belief that anything is possible when you are part of our supportive community.
Personalized, merit-
based letters of recommendation
Refine and elevate your application with structured USCE and personalized, merit-based waived letters of recommendation. In addition, we take pride in publishing the names of our providers, along with their educational background and rotation details. This commitment ensures that you have access to empowered, informed decisions for your journey.

We help you get your Visa, stress-free.
We provide a visa letter to support your U.S. visa application process. However, please note that the issuance of the visa letter is contingent upon completing essential requirements. These requirements include submitting documents such as a passport copy, step report scores, application form, CV, down payment of the rotation, and confirmation of your clinical rotation's start and end dates. We ensure that these prerequisites are met before issuing the visa letter to eligible students and medical professionals.
Invite-only interviews for top performing students
The Residency Advocacy Campaign is an exclusive merit-based initiative of USCE MATCH that identifies top-performing candidates excelling during their USCE. Selected candidates will receive our direct endorsement, increasing their chances of securing an interview invite at the discretion of the residency program. Despite having some red flags in their application, top performing students have managed to received several interview invites and eventually matched with the help of this campaign.

Highly qualified candidates enjoy exclusive discounts
USCE Match places a high value on applicants with exceptional backgrounds, and as a gesture of appreciation, qualified candidates can enjoy exclusive discounts. To be considered for the G.E.A., applicants must successfully complete the submission of the essential requirements. Once selected, they can anticipate receiving a personalized discount offer ranging from $100 to $500 for specific services.
Exclusive networking opportunities
Networking is key in the residency match process, affecting interview invitations and match chances. USCE MATCH helps applicants, especially those with challenges or weaker profiles, by connecting them with residency insiders and sharing successful strategies.

In essence, USCE MATCH stands out for its genuine dedication to the IMG community, dedicated approach, personalized support, unique initiatives, and unwavering commitment to helping every applicant achieve their dreams of matching into a U.S. residency program.
Please read “Why choose USCE MATCH?” for more information.
For IMGs aspiring to practice medicine in the U.S., achieving this dream is indeed possible, but the competition is undeniably fierce. Although USCE is not mandatory, it is required by most residency programs and can make the applicant become more preferred.
Residency programs adopt a comprehensive evaluation approach when considering applicants. Considering the incident involving test takers from Nepal, as reported by ECFMG on January 31, 2024, many residency insiders emphasize the heightened importance of a robust Letter of Recommendation (LOR) stemming from US Clinical Experience (USCE) in an applicant's profile.

In the residency industry's competitive landscape, networking's significance cannot be overstated. It serves as a potent secret weapon for applicants, particularly in situations where there may be red flags in one's application. By strategically establishing connections, applicants can leverage the influence and support of their professional network to enhance their candidacy and stand out amidst competition.
At USCE MATCH, we have witnessed an applicant getting an interview invite single-handedly due to networking. In response to this understanding, we've launched initiatives like the mentor-mentee program and facilitated connections with current residents. These tailored platforms provide applicants with invaluable opportunities to glean insights from successful residents, learn from their experiences, and forge meaningful connections that can significantly impact their residency journey. Through interactive sessions, Q&A forums, and access to insider knowledge, applicants can leverage networking to gain a competitive edge and enhance their overall candidacy.
Absolutely!
During the interview season, only a limited number of applicants will be lucky enough to receive multiple interview invites. For some IMGs, especially those for whom English is not their first language, improving proficiency can take weeks or months. Even the most qualified applicants will only match if they are well-prepared and perform effectively during interviews. A lackluster performance can significantly impact an applicant's chances of matching successfully. Therefore, it's absolutely necessary to make the most of every interview opportunity, and that's where USCE MATCH's master's course comes in.
Our master's course is a comprehensive collection of years of wisdom and expertise specifically designed to ensure that our students perform well during interviews and secure successful matches. This is a two month course from October to November.
Effective communication skills are essential for success in any field; mastering them is a lifelong investment in your career. By investing in our interview prep package, you're not just preparing for interviews – you're equipping yourself with valuable skills that will serve you well throughout your professional journey. It's a one-time investment with lifelong benefits, helping you achieve your career goals and confidently advance your aspirations.
While USCE MATCH provides applicants with the tools and experience necessary for success in the residency match process, it's important to understand that various factors beyond our control influence matching. We strive to support all our students in achieving their goals, but no one can guarantee a successful match for every applicant.
However, by opting to participate in a rotation with USCE MATCH, applicants receive ongoing support and assistance until they successfully match. This includes access to our scheduled virtual Agora Sessions, where applicants receive invaluable guidance and resources to enhance their chances of matching successfully.
